Welcome to Propellant Flowbins. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate. However, Propellant Flowbins reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment 

  • Full payment is required before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Product Use

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Propellant Flowbins accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or negligence. 

4. Warranty 

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or improper installation. 

5. Limitation Of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propellant Flowbins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product supplied.

Fuel Handling Disclaimer 

Propellant Flowbins supplies equipment intended for the transfer and storage of fuel and related petroleum products. By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All products must be used in accordance with applicable South African safety regulations, including those set out by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) 85 of 1993 and relevant SANS standards.
  • It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that equipment is installed, operated, and maintained by a competent person in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Propellant Flowbins accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from improper use, installation, or storage of purchased equipment.
  • Fuel handling equipment must not be used for substances other than those specified in the product documentation.
  • Compliance with local fire, environmental, and safety regulations is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Propellant Flowbins accepts no responsibility for fines, penalties, damages, or losses resulting from non-compliance with such regulations.
