Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 Days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product packaging (e.g., box) must be undamaged and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been used, installed, or have damaged/opened packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Propellant Flowbins cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items with damaged, opened, or missing packaging
  • Custom or special-order items

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order prior to dispatch.
  • All approved order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, calculated on the total order value.
  • The cancellation fee cover administrative, processing, payment gateway, and restocking costs incurred by Propellant Flowbins.
  • Any refund due to the customer will be processed after deducting the 10% cancellation fee. 
  • Orders for custom-made, specially sourced, or modified products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has commenced. 
  • Propellant Flowbins has the right approve or decline cancellation requests at its discretion. 
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the return process above will apply instead.
